My Little Soccer Player

I know she is awesome! She has a good kick and good aim. She loves to play with her dad and she HAS to every night. Some times she tackles the ball like a goalie she is going to be an athlete! That's my girl!

Haley's Cupcake

I did make Haley some cupcakes for her birthday and she loved them (well she loved the icing!) I will make her a real birthday cake when we have her party! Yeah what a cutie!

Another update

I am still pregnant! My next doctors appt. is on Tuesday so we will see what happens then I guess. I am just glad that Haley and the baby are going to have their own birthdays! I think that is important! Another update will come soon!

Happy Birthday Haley

I can NOT believe that my little sweetheart is two today! I am so proud of all that she is and I know that she will become so much more. She is a very quick learner she knows almost all her animal sounds, her fruit, some colors and she loves to sing the alphabet song even though she doesn't know the alphabets yet the amount of new things she learns DAILY is amazing to me. I love the fact that I can explain things to her now and she completely understands. I love when she mimics her daddy (she will says what he says and move the way he is moving). I love the fact that she loves to dance (she is going to be like her uncles and break dance because she is already trying). I love that she can talk so well and that she knows when to say please, thank you and I am sorry. There are so many things that I love about her but there is not enough words in the to express it. So this is to Haley and our love for her. Happy Birthday!!!

We will be waiting to do her birthday party until her grandma comes so there will be more posts of her birthday after that. I love you Haley Happy Birthday!!!!!

Update

I just wanted to let everyone know that I had a doctors appt today and I am dilated to a 3 and I am 80% effaced. The really scary part is that the doctor striped my membranes so we will see what happens. I just need everyone to pray that the baby doesn't come on Haley's birthday (which is tomorrow). I will keep everyone updated as I know more!

Birthday Present #1

We got this for Haley's birthday but we couldn't wait to give it to her. She loves it and is very daring on it!

Virginia Living Museum

This is what we did for Haley's birthday this year. We wanted her to have a really fun day before the baby comes.

Otter (Haley loved it swimming by you may not be able to see it but it is right in front of Haley)

The Aviary was really fun Haley kept saying bawk to the birds

Red Wolf (this was an interesting exhibit because red wolves are extinct in the wild)

Bald Eagle (this bald eagle can't fly because it's wings were injured in the wild so they did not have in the aviary)

I could not believe that such a pretty flower could grow in a swamp.

This is not just a picture of rocks there is an animal right in the front (it is the grey rockish looking thing) it is a Hellbender Salamander.

An Alligator

At the end of most of the walking we let Haley take us where she wanted to go and she wanted to just climb on everything. She is my little monkey!

A Day at the Beach

This is the first time we have gone to the beach and let Haley just play where ever she wanted! She loved it. The waves were really strong because hurricane Bertha is coming up the coast (it is not going to hit us) so Haley was having a hard time standing on her own when the water went back out after a wave so someone had to hold tight onto her.

Water Fight

Haley and our next door neighbor had a water fight this last week (well Haley just ran). Then Zeke gave her the water gun and she could hardly hold it up!

The 4th of July

The fourth once again a bust for us with fireworks (rained out) but we still had fun at a friends BBQ! Haley played in the pool with the kids (and kept beating them up with the noodle) and running around the house finding everything that she wasn't suppose to have! We had so much fun we forgot to take a picture of Haley in her fourth of July outfit!

Fun, Dancing, Somersaults

We just had a very fun night with Haley! Dancing, running around and she was having a blast doing summersalts. This girl NEVER stops!

Dressing herself

I totally thought that I would love it when Haley could dress herself but this last weekend was not a great example of that. John handed Haley her clothes and told her to get dressed (while we finished getting ourselves ready). When we came in to get Haley ready she had taken her pj pants off and was trying to put her skirt on. She did successfully get both legs in (the right way) but she could not figure out how to pull the skirt up over her diaper so I went to help her and she got so upset that I was helping she through a fit for the next like 20 min. I guess she thinks she is ready to do everything for herself!

Diaper Change

Haley is truly getting ready to have a little sister. I was getting her breakfast the other day and when I came in to get her she was putting a diaper on her baby. I think that I will have a helper (maybe more then I would like).
