Happy Birthday John

Today was John's birthday and he wanted his birthday present to be a new computer for the family. So this is the computer that we choose. I love it and I am sure that John does to because he has been playing on it for hours now! I think that it is pretty cool! Anyways Happy 26th birthday John we love you!

This Last Weekend

We were watching the opening ceremonies for the olympics and Haley thought the drumers were really cool so she started imitating them and it was totally cute.

I think that this is such a fun picture of Haley because it took me back to when I was a kid. I am sure the shirts weren't that big but I used to wear shirts like that to sleep. So when she put that on I had to take a picture!

Hannah Kaye Hekking

Hannah Kaye Hekking is here! She was 7lbs. 9 oz. and 20 1/2 inches long.

I went in to see they doctor on Wednesday and I was dilated to a five fully effaced and they head was at a zero so she sent me upstairs to have the baby because I was GBS positive. I did well they gave me my antibiotic for four hours then at about 7:30they broke my water and I was ready to push at 11:15 and we had her at 11:31pm on July 3o, 2008! Yeah! After she was out I started having a few problem my uterus was filling up with blood because my body had developed blood clots to soon. So I was bleeding a lot they had to do a few PAINFUL procedures to get the clots out. After that I did well but my stomach is hurting more then usual but all is going well.

Day 1: Things were going well until Hannah got a gas bubble then it was all over and Haley was affraid to touch Hannah. This is as good of a picture as we were going to get of them meeting (I really love this picture though).

Day 2: Things went much better on day 2 as you can see. Haley was holding and kissing Hannah. They are both so beautiful.
