Reading

Haley was so sweet yesterday, Hannah was playing on the floor and Haley grabbed some of her books and started reading to Hannah. I know totally cute Haley is such a good big sister (most of the time).

Hi Daddy

Haley has been obsessed with her new shoes she has to wear them everywhere. As soon as she gets out of be she says shoes on and has to go down stairs and put her shoes on and at the end of the day I have to pry them off her to get her in the bath.

Haley has not been feeling well and yesterday everything made her cry it was a hard day but she is feeling a little better today but now Hannah is sick so we will see.

John is gone right now and I have been doing a lot of reminiscing about the past and I decided to put a post on for him. I want him to know that I love him and I love our life together so far and I am looking forward to our lives together in the future.

What a Scare!

Haley and I had a scare this morning. I was feeding Hannah and I started to see some kind of cleaner so I quickly stopped feeding Hannah and ran into the room where Haley was and she was playing with the carpet cleaner. Someone had left it just in Haley's reach in the kitchen (which is blocked off so she can't go in there). I told Haley to go sit in time out until I came to get her so I could clean up the horrible mess. The whole time I was cleaning up I could hear Haley saying I sorry I sorry mommy I sorry. Once I was done I went into tell Haley what she had done wrong and realized around her eye there was a little red area so I smelled her breath and it smelled like cleaner. I instantly started crying and called John so he could call poison control to see what we should do. While he was calling I took Haley up stairs and put her in the shower to make sure that all the cleaner was off her and not burning her anywhere. When John called me back I felt a little better but not much. They said that we needed to rinse her off and make sure she drank a lot of water or juice today and that she may get an upset stomach. I still feel sick that she got the cleaner but I am relieved that it is not life threatening.

Curlers

I put curlers in Haley's hair tonight like my mom use to put in my hair. I thought she would try to pull them out after I left but she didn't. GO HALEY GO! She looked so cute when I went to check on her I had to take a picture. We'll she how she looks tomorrow. Hopefully I put them in right!!!

So in the middle of the night Haley woke up saying ouey so I took the curlers out of her hair before her hair was completely dry so it didn't work bummer. I will have to figure out a different way to curl her hair.

Tummy time

Hannah is getting pretty good at tummy time! She doesn't really fight it until the very end otherwise she is just curiously looking around.

Wow

We were trying to get a picture of Hannah smiling today but it didn't happen. This is the only picture that John got (he put his finger over the flash). So we were on the computer playing around and found that the new computer has a lot of fun photo shop stuff anyways the first picture is the original and the second is the picture that we enhanced with the computer.

DADDY!!!

This afternoon John was getting the back porch ready for the rain that is headed our way and Haley wanted to be out there with him so bad she stood at the back door just yelling DADDY for like a half hour but she is totally cute!
